Summary	0008270: "You Scratch My Back..." quest=37860
Description	quest=37860 "You Scratch My Back Continent: Broken Isles Zone: Azsuna Area: Ley-ruins of Zarkhenar Quest objective is to use Blue Dragon Scale, then target the area of the Pylons to summon whelps to disable the Pylons. Using the Blue Dragon Scale allows the user to target, clicking summons the whelps, but they do not target the pylons. Player cannot disable pylons, quest cannot be completed. This is part of the main quest line, preventing player from finishing Azsuna.
Steps To Reproduce	Be on quest=37860 "You Scratch My Back" Be in Zone Azsuna Be in Area Ley-ruins of Zarkhenar Approach a pylon as marked by minimap Click on the quest item, target the area of the pylon Dragons will appear, but won't attack the pylon / give quest credit
