| Description | When the town building is level 2+ you get quests offered by Bronzebeard, Jones, and others. I've been gone a while. Upon my return my garrison hearth stone was gone. I went to The Dark Portal (blasted lands), and flew through it. Suddenly I'm in front of Velen. We ride up to the place to start the garrison construction, and there are blue "!" over several NPCs superimposed on one spot. These are Bronzebeard, Jones, and others. They're here too soon, and too many. They should not appear until the Garrison is level 2, and they should appear alone. | ||||

There are at least 2 of Erris the Collector, as well. Should not be here at this phase. |

Further, the "build the garrison" cinematic does not play.<esc>/Yes required to proceed. |

NPC placement blit: there are 3 Pale Devourers stuck in the hull of the beached transport/battleship stolen from the Iron Horde. (Quest "Pale Moonlight" 35174 is active ). |

Разработчику известно о появляющихся НПС до постройки гарнизона, это не критично, после постройки гарнизона первого уровня они пропадут, а с последующим обновлением на живых серверах проблема будет исправлена. 2. The developer is aware of the NPCs appearing before the garrison is built, this is not critical, after the first-level garrison is built, they will disappear, and with the subsequent update on live servers, the problem will be fixed. 2. Maybe you have some mod or add-on that blocks or skips game clips automatically. For example, the DBM add-on often skips game clips to speed up the pumping process. 3.
