| Description | After chosing a faction with your Pandaren (in this case Horde) and getting to Level 20, the Dragon Turtle Vendor of the Huojin "Turtlemaster Odai" in the Valley of Honor, Orgrimmar - does not let you buy any Mounts. The text the vendor displays instead is the "You have to be exalted to buy a mount" message. | ||||
