| Description | The way DFA (Death from above) works, is that you cast it and as soon as you land you cast "Shadow dance" + "Symbols of death" to buff it without loosing the 2seconds from the animations (this is why you caster when you land and not before). But on Legionx100, if you cast DFA and you use "Shadow dance" + "Symbols of death" , your empowered "eviscerate" (also known as DFA part 2) will only get buffed by "Shadow dance" and "Symbols of death" will not empower it, so the only way to deal with the current bug is to cast "Symbols of death" before the DFA (this is extremly bad, I loose about 1M5 dps on burst) making the hand legendary useless since you're already at full combo point and you are obliged to waste your cd before you land :( This is Uwow (Opener), you can see on the left corner the spell sequence : https://youtu.be/NVNqsH8ZDWk?t=72 I used "Shadow dance" + "Symbols of death" after I lander and before PART 2 of the attack (the good rotation) and I hit 12M this is Uwow (opener to fix the bug but loot 1M5 dps overall) : https://youtu.be/NVNqsH8ZDWk?t=408 You can see I use "Symbol of death" Before I cast DFA and I hit for 16M (same buffs like first part, but this time "symbols buff my eviscerate(part 2 of DFA) | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Just look at the left corner of the video, you can see the order of the spells, I used the same gear for both and same stat (100% crit chance in both situations) | ||||
| Additional Information | Symbol of death, should buff the Eviscerate if you use when you land (before the second part of DFA is casted just like Shadow Dance buffs it), this is the real sub rogue rotation for maximum damage | ||||

step to reproduce : rotation bugged : Apply dot, have eviscrate trait buff, have 6 combo points , vanish > DFA > when you land use Shadow dance+Symbold of death before your evisecrate hits working rotation (bug it's not the best rotation) : apply dot, have trait buff for evi, have 6 combo points , use Symbol of death > vanish > DFA > shadow dance before EVI hits (and you can't use legendary hands buff because DFA animation is longer than legendary timer) |
