DescriptionThe speed stat seems to be capped at 20% movespeed but it should be able to go further than just 20% movespeed increase.
Steps To ReproduceJusst equip any gear with the speed stat anything above around 1500 speed does nothing and it caps out at 20%

All tertiary stats are capped at 20% on our server, it is not a bug.
