| Description | This has to do with professions mats. On Retail Legion, when you have most of your profession's mats stashed in your bank, say "400" Leylight Shard" in the bank, just an example, but 6 Leylight Shard on yourself, your Enchanting shows you have 406 Shards. However, on Retail (Legion), the game allowed you to remotely access those other 400 from your bank in case you needed to do work orders while you roam around doing world quests. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Simple fix, your professions already shows that you have the total materials we need, they just aren't on us right now, they're in the bank. So, make our bank's materials accessible to our professions while we run around doing work orders and world quests. Really don't want to run around with 2,000 Shal'dorei Silk in my bags, and 400 Leylight Shards, and 300 Arkhana, and 500 field packs, and 600 Leystone Ore, and 600 Felslate Ore, etc etc. all in my BAGS just to do world quests. Let us access put these materials in our BANK and let the professions have access to them, PLEASE fix this problem! | ||||

Hello. You are right and wrong. The character bank on the project servers consists of an onso bag, which is available immediately and always, seven slots for bags that can be bought by the character and into which both general use bags and bags of professionals (tanner, inscript, etc.) can be installed. In addition, in the character's bank, it is possible to buy (for 100 gold) a bank of materials. All of these features are active and working. But a long time ago, there were claims from players that some materials, after receiving them by the player, were automatically placed in the material bank, for example, when opening a letter with attachments of materials. This created problems with some quests and exchange operations between players. And the ability to automatically place mined materials into the material bank has been disabled. From that moment on, all materials are placed into the material bank in manual mode, that is, by clicking the mouse in the inventory, materials enter the material bank cells, provided that there is free space there. After placing the material in the material bank, for example, the mentioned Leylight Shard, they will be available for crafting according to recipes, for completing quests that require these materials. But if you put materials in ordinary bags or in the bags of professionals, then the materials will be displayed in the crafting window as available, but they will not be withdrawn from the bank during crafting and crafting will end with an error. If a certain amount of material is in the inventory and at the same time in the material bank, then when crafting, the material from the inventory is first consumed, and then only the material from the material bank. I must say that for some kind of craft, the following happened to me - if, for example, 6 units of material were required, then one unit was removed from the inventory, and 5 units were taken from the bank of materials. But this has sometimes been observed when spraying ore for a jeweler or crafting higher quality cloth / leather from regular. I described the existing mechanics of using the bank. If you think that materials should be automatically removed from ordinary bags in the bank, or that the removal of materials from the bank of materials does not work for you, please clarify this so that testers can check. It WAS Available in LEGION, NOT BFA. If you buy the Reagent Bank in your bank, and load up your mats in that part of the bank,the game is able to let you use the mats remotely. Sweet! It works! There's no problem =) |
