The Level 3 profession buildings are unlocked by completing https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=9406/working-more-orders Progress towards this achievement is not account-wide and must be completed on one character. It does include work orders placed from all garrison buildings, not just the profession buildings. The achievement rewards a full set of Level 3 Profession blueprints and these are account-wide, so this only needs to be done once and will then apply to all toons. Are you ready for The Level 3 profession building ? |

As the post above level 3 blueprints are unlocked 1st by completing achievements. So for (small) profession buildings all work. As for medium and large building blueprints you can only unlock some of them because most achievements there don't work. Just open your Achievement tab > Draenor Garrison to lock on your needed achievement / lvl 3 blueprint . |

Of course, you need to take into account that Draenor as a whole, quests and other parts of the gameplay can be broken at any time. Bugs are fixed, but they appear again in other places. Nevertheless, on January 16, 2020, I completed the achievement "Pathfinder of Draenor" on my character, and within six months I completely upgraded the garrison. All required achievements for level 3 buildings have been completed. And the blueprints have been studied. What was not built or did not work - an auction and a music box. Although about the second one for today - I'm not sure. |

When using https://www.wowhead.com/item=114119/crate-of-salvage it doesn't count for https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=9468/salvaging-pays-off with Salvage yard level 2 so the next level 3 can't be unlocked. Killing in Draenor doesn't reward broken bones for https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=9495/the-bone-collector with Gladiator's Sanctum level 1 / 2 so the next level 3 can't be unlocked Daily quests don't rotate in Lunarfall Inn / Frostwall Tavern so https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=9703/stay-awhile-and-listen can't be finished (max you can do 7 with both alliance and horde) no level 3 unlocked. With how rare you get garrison missions https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=9523/patrolling-draenor is progressing at snail pace no level 3 unlocked |
