| Description | Afaik the XP rate in starting areas should be x1. Even in x100 PvP realm This feels exactly that way e.g. for Worgs. For Nightelves and Undead this seems to be way higher. Examples: Freshly created Nightelf, first quest on killing Nightsabers earns 1700 XP per Nightsaber kill effectively jumping to level 5 with a single kill. Freshly created Undead, killing random zombie grants 4000 XP. (First quest on reporting to the gravedigger granted 500 XP already) | ||||

Good day! On what xp rate you've tested? I have checked on x1 and both xp per kill was 50. You can change it with command ".personalxp $RATE" and check with ".getpersonalxp" |

Rate was set to x5 in CP for all of us. Effective leveling speed was highly different throughout a party of 4. (2 Worg, 1 Pandarian, 1 Nightelf - Worg and Pandarian leveling normal-ish while the one playing the Nightelf just blasted away) Asked in support-legion on Discord and was told, that the start area should be fixed to x1 in any case - which is why I further evaluated the behavior and finally opened the ticket. Is the assumtpion regarding start areas wrong? |

I agree with you. But administrators said that they would not forcibly change the rate in the starting locations, I can’t do anything here |
