Summary	0011707: Cannot Continue Mage Class Hall Questline
Description	Realm: Argusx5 Character: Moomoocow I finished quest 42479, and I now have my artifact weapon of Ebonchill. I was supposed to receive quest 41114 immediately afterwards, and it would ask me to teleport back to the class hall and continue the questline. However, I never received quest 41114. I've spoken to the debug NPC, and it's only able to tell me what I've said here. NPC 102700 Meryl Felstorm does not give me quest 41114. I now have absolutely no way of continuing my class hall questline.
